As homelessness in the capital soars, three senior Labour Party figures have launched an all out attack on homeless people by demanding new laws to protect property developers and landlords from squatters.
Head of Lambeth Council, Lib Peck, MP for Streatham and Shadow Business Secretary Chuka Umunna along with Dulwich MP Tessa Jowell have all signed a joint letter this week written to bungling Justice Secretary Chris Grayling demanding that the squatting ban be extended to commercial properties.
Showing exactly whose side they are on – and it ain’t ours – the treacherous trio claim:
“Unfortunately, the problem of squatters for commercial property owners has since worsened, and Lambeth has seen an increase in the number of squatters now specifically targeting non-residential buildings. Extending the law to protect businesses would be a welcome move.”

I am sick of bigots standing in the way of liberation struggles. Whether feminism, anti-racism, advocacy for people with disabilities, queer rights, trans rights and so on, they smirk and they go “Personally, I believe in treating everyone equally, so no special treatment for you”. It’s bullshit, and anyone with a semi-formed analysis can see straight through that nonsense.
They whine and they moan when people demand to be treated like fucking human beings, eliding the fact that oppression exists by pretending that they’re that much of a shit to everyone. And maybe, just maybe, they are that much of a shit to everyone. It doesn’t stop the fact that their behaviour hits some people harder than others, a fact which has never occurred to them, as in their feeble blinkered outlook it’s impossible to understand what it’s like to be anyone else that isn’t a bellowing turd.

The current formula 1 depicts planet ravaging cars going in circles while scantily clad women are unashamedly masqueraded around as an aesthetic attraction. This is very fucked up.
I’m an anarchist but before I identified as one I went to a private school and I am currently still there. It jars quite a lot to be honest because I feel that every day I am contributing to something that feeds an attitude which I detest. Don’t get me wrong, I love my mates and the courses are sweet but when my education comes up in conversation I say ”private” with quite a lot of trepidation on the basis that although it isn’t my fault that I go there and my parents work fucking hard for fees, I still feel a little bit fake.
This is a new blog which I hope to actually maintain. Will be covering music,anti-fascist stuff,general insurrection and probably some mundane, banal things too.
